Project Details
The laboratory has long-standing interests in controlling IgE-dependent mast cell activation, both through regulating the IgE/FcεRI interaction and modulating intracellular signal transduction. Current projects are examining small molecule inhibitors of IgE binding and examining the role of newly identified guanine nucleotide exchange factors (GEFs) in controlling mast cell degranulation and cytokine release.
