Dendritic cell maturation following different microbial stimulation
Project Details
The aim of my project is to understand the mechanisms of DC maturation following activation with different microbial stimuli and the differential requirements for CD4+ T cell help in the process of DC priming. More precisely, I am interested in elucidating how the combination and integration of these differential signals shapes the secretion of cytokines by DC necessary to induce an efficient CTL response upon infection.
NB: this is a collaborative project with the Bedoui group.
