Decide if you want to join a semester and year-long program, a short term program during a summer or winter break, enrol in a UniMelb Overseas Subject or participate in something like an internship or summer school that will take you overseas.
As a starting point, the first step towards applying for overseas study on a semester or year-long exchange is to complete the myWorld First Steps online program. You'll be required to confirm your completion of the program in your application.
Keep in mind applications for Semester 1 2026 Exchange open on Monday 17 March 2025 and close on Monday 30 June 2025 at 12 pm.
