The School of Biomedical Sciences Annual EMCA Collaborative Seed Funding Award offers three grants to the value of $40,000 each to the leading applicants from:
- Dept Anatomy & Physiology
- Dept Biochemistry & Pharmacology
- Dept Microbiology & Immunology
The aim of the grant is to support innovative new research led by Early-Mid Career Researchers and Academics, support their career development and track record of project management and autonomous research that will underpin future bids for external competitive research funding.
Congratulations to our awardees who were among 35 applications from Level A and B EMCAs across our School.
This important initiative aims to support our EMCA research momentum and facilitate valuable collaboration and knowledge-sharing opportunities.
Applicable research projects may include basic research, translational work, teaching-focused projects, or other research projects within the scope of EMCAs working across SBS.
