Research Overview
Dr Jarny Choi specialises in bioinformatics with a research focus in blood cell types and single cell genomics technologies.
Dr Choi is the Data Analysis Leader in the "LEUKomics" project (www.stemformatics.org/leukomics), which aims to understand molecular changes in leukaemia by leveraging a wide range of datasets.
Dr Choi also analyses data and develops bioinformatic tools as required, working with national and international collaborators, with focus on blood cell types and single cell genomics technologies.
He helps the Stemformatics team to develop new analysis tools.
