Cell sorting Doherty

Doherty Institute cell sorting

Doherty staff are experienced in multicolour immune cell sorting of human and mouse cells from blood and various solid organs such as skin and lung. Excellent recovery rates for cell line cloning and index cell sorting for RNA Seq applications.

We also have the facilities to cater for the more infectious samples with cell sorters located in a Biosafety Cabinet and in the PC3 High Containment facility specialising in HIV and SARS-Cov2 cell sorting.
