Lasers: 5 lasers (350nm, 405nm, 488nm, 561nm and 640nm)

Avalanche Photodiode Detectors (APDs): 70 fluorescent and 2 SSC detectors (405nm and 488nm)

Data processing: Full Spectral Unmixing up to 45 markers; 2 unmixing algorithms (OLS and Hi-Fi). Also available for conventional and raw data analysis

Sample delivery via Novo Sampler: automated from tubes (5ml, 1.2ml 'bullet' tubes), multi-well plates
