Katherine Ganio
I have nearly ten years of research experience as a protein biochemist investigating the roles of metal-binding proteins in ageing and disease. I have a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Biophysics from Oregon State University, a Master of Environmental Science and Doctor of Philosophy in Neuroscience from The University of Melbourne. I have worked for one of the largest anti-doping laboratories in the world as an analytical chemist responsible for developing new methods for drug testing and analysis.
