Calum Walsh
My research as a computational microbiologist is centred on the interaction dynamics within the human microbiome to understand the roles of different commensal microorganisms in health and disease. I am also lead bioinformatician at Doherty Applied Microbial Genomics, where I work collaboratively with research teams from diverse biomedical disciplines to analyse and report on microbiome and metagenomic data.

Looking to collaborate?
I am looking for a collaborator with an interest in biological questions that I can help to answer using data analysis - not necessarily related to human or animal microbiomes.
