A new UK study suggests a link between paracetamol use during pregnancy and behavioural problems in children. Developmental neurobiologist Norman Saunders tells Ros Childs of ABC News 24 that there is no need for alarm or to change current guidelines that state paracetamol is safe in moderation, as the study shows only an association — not a cause — and does not look at why women were taking the medication.
