Centre for Pathogen Genomics Global Health Forum

Advances in pathogen genomics continue to transform infectious disease research, surveillance and public health response. However, rapid methodological development, evolving technologies, and emerging challenges highlight the need for sustained opportunities for skill development, peer learning and collaboration.

The Centre for Pathogen Genomics Global Health Forum was established to address this need by providing a collaborative space where participants can share ideas, troubleshoot, and seek advice on projects, workflows,  and protocols in a supportive environment. Educating participants on new wet lab technologies and bioinformatic tools to support genomics capacity building.

The Global Health Forum is held monthly at 2 - 3pm AEST
