Poster printing information
We can print custom sized conference posters with Fabric and polypropylene backed posters. Fabric posters can be printed at a maximum of 1118mm wide, and 1067mm wide on polypropylene.
- All poster printing request need to be logged using the following link https://go.unimelb.edu.au/c24s
- Please note: You will need a Workday Tag to proceed. If you do not have access to one, you may skip the Workday Tag sections and choose to pay by credit card upon pickup.
- All posters are trimmed to the correct size to comply with any conference requirements. Poster tubes are kept in stock if you require one for safe and easy transport.
- Our turnaround time is three business days.
- Express next-day service attracts a 40% surcharge (please note that these print jobs are subject to our work load and discretion. Express print jobs must be submitted before 11am to be printed and collected the end of the the next business day).
Please Note:
- Once you have placed the order for your poster, any re-prints due to errors or changes to the poster on your behalf will be charged at full price. Check carefully before submission!
- The accepted file types for poster printing are PDF, TIFF, or JPG @ 300 DPI. Please contact us if you are unsure. We are more than happy to check your file for you!
Posters can be picked up from the poster collection box outside our office door in the foyer of the Medical Building.

We have a range of different print media options available for posters, signage, and photographic prints.
| Material Poster (Polyester fabric) | Foldable poster, perfect for travel and packing in your suitcase. |
| Polypropylene Poster | High quality matte surface paper. Polypropylene coating on the back helps to increase strength and stops rips, tears, and creases. |
| Adhesive Backed prints (Polyester Fabric) | A re-usable and re-positionable adhesive backed polyester fabric material. Will not mark or damage surfaces. Best used on smooth surfaces as department signage etc. Not advised for Academic Posters |
