Movember team Movember 2016: For 30 hairy days during Movember, team ‘Mo Dohs’ joined forces to take action for men's health. Members from different groups of the Doherty Institute grew impressive moustaches to address some of the biggest health issues faced by men: prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and mental health and suicide prevention.
Due to incredible generous donors, team captain Stephan Kaiser (Department of Microbiology and Immunology) and his eight fellow mo bros raised a total of $6,274. The Mo Dohs Movember campaign finished off their efforts by hosting a charity event in the Doherty Institute with craft beer and hotdogs.
