Poster printing information
We create custom sized conference posters with a range of print media to choose from. Fabric and polypropylene backed posters can be printed up to 1.12m x 4m. And laminated posters a maximum of 1m x 4m. All poster are trimmed to the correct size to comply with any conference requirements. Poster tubes are kept in stock if you require one for safe and easy transport. Our turnaround time is two business days. We can provide a same-day service which attracts a 25% surcharge (please note that these print jobs must be submitted before 11am to be printed on the same day).

Please Note:
- Once you have placed the order for your poster, any re-prints due to errors or changes to the poster on your behalf will be charged at full price. Check carefully before submission.
- Please submit your details to us before printing your poster. We require your name, email, department/institution, contact phone number, and preferred process for payment. University of Melbourne staff & students are welcome to use their 25 digit Themis account string, or external customers, may be invoiced. Credit / debit card facilities are available on the premises when collecting your poster, or over the phone.
- The accepted file types for poster printing are PDF, PSD, and correct resolution image files (TIFF / JPG etc). Please contact us if you are unsure. We are more than happy to check your file for you!
Poster submissions can be made via email or in person - Medical Building, Ground floor (Foyer), E201.

Our Costs for Services
Photography, Videography, Graphic Design & Digitisation is charged at $190/hour Excluding GST. Technical photography, videography and 3D scanning is charged at higher rates.
Poster Printing & Signage
We have a range of different print media options available for posters, signage, and photographic prints.

| Polypropylene Poster | High quality matte surface paper. Polypropylene coating on the back helps to increase strength and stops rips, tears, and creases. |
| Laminated Paper Poster | Laminated capsulation provides exceptional durability at the expense of portability. Glossy finish. |
| Adhesive Backed prints (Polyester Fabric) | A re-usable and re-positionable adhesive backed polyester fabric material. Will not mark or damage surfaces. Best used on smooth surfaces as department signage etc. Not advised for carpeted symposium boards. |
