Big brother of the CytoFLEX S, detect very dim signals and expand your immunophenotyping panels with this instrument. Tested and shown to be the most sensitive instrument within the Melbourne Cytometry Platform. 6 lasers, 21 fluorescent detectors

Data analysis
The Melbourne Cytometry Platform offers two software licenses:
FCS Express 7 license for University staff, students and affiliated research institutes. This is an extremely powerful software with spectral unmixing algorithms specifically for Cytek Aurora users. Contact Dr Vanta Jameson for pricing, training and general enquiries.
FlowJo 10 site licence for University staff and students. Contact Dr Alexis Gonzalez for pricing and other enquiries.

Acknowledgement is a measurement of relevance and importance of the technology/ facility to the completion of your research, and is directly linked to funding of the facilities for instrument upgrades, new technology investment and research support staff.
