Professor Janet Keast wins 2018 Nina Kondelos Award

Professor Janet Keast (Anatomy & Neuroscience) has been awarded the 2018 Nina Kondelos Award.

The Nina Kondelos Prize is awarded by the Australasian Neuroscience Society (ANS) to a female neuroscientist for outstanding contribution to basic or clinical neuroscience research. Successful nominees receive a certificate and prize money, as well as an invitation to present the Nina Kondelos Plenary at the ANS meeting the next year following the award.

Our congratulations to Janet!

The Nina Kondelos Award was made possible by a donation to the Australasian Neuroscience Society by Professor George Paxinos, and it is named after his late sister.

Professor Sandra Rees (Anatomy & Neuroscience) received this award in 2008.
