Zeiss LSM880 Airyscan Fast: Upright confocal equipped with 5 objectives (5x, 10,x 20x, 40x, 63x), 7 excitation lines (405, 458, 488, 514, 561, 594, 633nm), 2 PMT, 32 GaAsP spectral array & Airyscan detector capable of super-resolution imaging.
Zeiss LSM800 Airyscan: Upright confocal equipped with 4 objectives (10x, 20x, 40x oil, 63x oil), 4 excitation lines (405, 488, 561, 640 nm), two PMT detectors and an Airyscan detector capable of super-resolution imaging.
Leica SP5: Inverted confocal with a live cell incubation chamber. This system has 5 objectives (10x, 20 Air, 20x Imm, 40x Oil, 63x Oil) and 8 excitation lines (405, 458, 475, 488, 496, 514, 561, 633 nm).
These microscopes are managed by the Biological Optical Microscopy Platform.
